I'm very busy shopping with my parents this weekend... we're buying things for our Oman trip... hmmm... what to write... what to write...

Zahra advanced to final of 2007 Pa & Ma baby contest but...

Zahra made it to final round of the contest despite having a high fever a day before. She showed her courage and determination in doing her best. We were surprised that she advanced to final round considering her condition. Just imagine, she was not sleeping well the night before. At 3 am she was watching her favourite Teletubbies just to comfort herself.

After taking medication at Sunway Medical centre, she showed some improvement. Because of that, we've decided to drove Zahra to SACC Mall for the competition. We're late that morning and only arrived at the mall at 10.30 am. The semi final session of 16 contestants in the morning not really encouraging because Zahra was still in her fever mood. At 12.30 pm, announcement was made and unexpectedly, Zahra made to the final with other 7 contestants.

At 2.30 pm, the final round began and Zahra was doing her best to win. Later at 4 pm, the announcement was made and she managed to get only the consolation prize. She brought home some hampers from Hallmark, Milna, Ginvera and a certificate.

We would like to congratulate Zahra for her effort in doing the best in the competition. To us, you will always be our number ONE, Zahra! Clap! Clap! Clap!

Zahra advanced to semi final of 2007 Pa & Ma baby contest

Zahra advanced to semi final of 2007 Pa & Ma baby contest. The semi final of the contest will be held on 22 July 2007 at 10 am. The venue is SACC mall in Shah Alam. If shortlisted, Zahra will compete in final stage on the same day in the afternoon. Wish me luck!

(Note: Correction on the picture above: Zahra's date of birth is actually 23 March 2006. There are a total of 16 semifinalist - note that there are only 8 in the picture above, the other 8 is not in the list.)

Zahra won the first prize!

This is also a belated post. Zahra is the champion of the 'Baby You're A Star Contest' held by Mummy & Me 2006 baby fair in Midvalley Megamall from 1 to 3 September, 2006. Clap! Clap! Clap!
